The Atrium condos offer the best of Breckenridge at an affordable price. Located just a couple of blocks from Main Street, the Atrium is a perfect location if you are looking for convenience to the town and the ski area. You can walk right into town and experience all Breckenridge has to offer, or walk just outside the entrance to the free town bus stop and navigate to any of our ski area bases, it does not get easier. Atrium condos are located right behind Carter Park which is known for it's fantastic sledding hill in the winter and becomes quite an active park that hosts many events in the summer.

Inside the condo you will be greeted with a well stocked full kitchen, and a cozy dining area just through the pass through counter area. The dining area is open to the large living area which is centered around a cozy fireplace and sliding patio door that lead to the private deck. The master bedroom is warm and comfy with a queen sized bed and plenty of space. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and more space than you will need to feel comfortable. There's also a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional sleeping options.

The Atrium has every convenience available to you- underground parking, hot tub, laundry facility, outdoor grills and deck, an enormous indoor common area with vaulted ceilings, and a perfect central location.
