This 1br/1bath Der Steiermark condo is the perfect location for your Breckenridge vacation. This condo is extremely close to the base of peak 9, which makes for a quick walk across the street to the slopes. Located just 1/2 block to Main Street and all Breckenridge has to offer, no need for a car here. Don't feel like walking, then get cozy in the onsite hot tub, take the shuttle to the slopes or town, or just relax with a margarita at the onsite Mexican restaurant, Mi Casa.

In the condo itself you will find a cozy and inviting decor with southwestern tones. The bedroom includes a comfy queen bed and plenty of storage. The kitchen is open and functional with ample counter space and a compliment of kitchen supplies. The living room is open and includes a wood fireplace and a wall of windows leading out to the deck.
