Domus Mea is located 20 minutes south of Jaco on the central Pacific coast of Costa Rica. It is an incredible 2 1/2 hour drive from the International Airport in San Jose. Esterillos Oeste offers dark sand beaches, small fishing boats on the beach, green palm trees overhanging the beach, a sea turtle preserve and a consistently good surf break with many other world class breaks within a few minutes drive. This is truly a paradise. Our Villa has 1 large bedroom (queen size bed) and two baths. We also have one inflatable queen size mattress with electric pump. Marble floors, granite counter tops and a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room in our villa makes for a comfortable, easy vacation. We have A/C, IPOD speakers, a TV and DVD player along with two surfboards, two boogies boards and fishing equipment. Telephone service and dial-up computer service is available. The property is maintained 24 hrs a day by our security/ pool guy/ grounds keeper.

Warm sun, cool water, beautiful beaches, good fishing, waves to surf for the novice to the experienced long board rider, peace and quiet when you want and friendly people all around. That is what makes Esterillos Oeste the ideal vacation destination community of choice in Costa Rica. Starting out as a small fishing village on the central pacific coast of Costa Rica, Esterillos Osete is rapidly becoming the most desirable beach in Costa Rica. Our villa is about 75 feet from the ocean. A large statue of the mermaid "Serina" stands in the ocean to look over the fisherman and yes...you can buy fish right off the boats and grill them on your roof top observation deck. You can walk to the "Low Tide Lounge" where the drinks are good, the beer is cold and Bubba's Tacos are great. We have more formal dining; the Azul Restaurant but we must warn you to eat here only if you like world class food and inexpensive prices. There are plenty of Gringos in this area so Spanish is not a necessity.
