The two bedroom, 2 1/2 bath penthouse has 2,023 square feet. These villas occupy a single level, accessible by elevator. These spectacular villas offer sweeping views of the ocean, golf course and/or marina. The master bath has dual vanities and a whirlpool bathtub. Large private terraces are accessed from the living room, dining room, and master bedroom. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Overlooking the expansive beauty of Emerald Bay, the pavilion is a center of social activity with a 3,600 square foot, free-form pool with infinity-edge, heated out-doors whirlpool spa, fitness center and tropical pool bar. Your comfort is our first priority. Complimentary snorkeling equipment and kayaks are available at Grand Isle Villas. Charter a boat for deep sea fishing, island tours, sailing, or to whisk you away for a relaxing picnic on your very own deserted island.
