This outstanding villa used to be called Torre, The whole estate has recently been purchased by a new owner who has made several improvements. He has decided to rent the farmhouse close to the main villa as well, adding extra accommodations. Both the villa and the adjacent guest house have been restored to a very high standard. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The property is set amongst green woods, vineyards and olive groves in a quiet location, high in the hills northwest of Lucca. The views overlooking the surrounding countryside and the valley below are spectacular. A very well maintained garden surrounds the house and on one side a big centuries old oak tree provides a shady area, perfect for 'al fresco' meals with breathtaking views. The owners have kept two farmhouses on the same estate for their own use, about 80 meters from the villa. They will use them occasionally during the summer, but in no way will interfere with client's privacay. A chef, heating and telephone available for an additional charge. There is deposit upon check-in of 250 Euros for the telephone. Extra maid & laundry service is 8 Euros per hour. All of these 'a la carte" services are paid locally with Euros and are subject to change. This house accommodates up to 13 people maximum. A two week stay is preferred, however the owner may accept one week at his discretion.
